FAQs (FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS)

GENERAL

  • All products that we sell are guaranteed 100% authentic with original packaging & accompanying accessories, unless stated otherwise.

    You can buy with confidence and know that every item is thoroughly inspected and authenticated by the Spy team. We keep our sneakers in a climate controlled warehouse. Quality control is routinely maintained throughout our inventory. Archival items may be subject to discoloration, glittering, oxidation, yellowing and/or other natural defects beyond our control. We do our best to state the exact condition of every sneaker we sell, providing full transparency when listing our sneakers.

    Each item we sell has a unique listing, and the exact condition is photographed and notes in the description.

  • Over the past 15 years The Sneaker Spy Team has built relationships and a worldwide network of collectors, stores, and retail outlets. If you have a pair of sneakers, or a collection you want to sell, please contact us to discuss a potential buy out.

  • Our inventory is live and updates daily. In the case we sell on another platform, we do our best to update sizes and quantities as soon as possible.

  • The prices are a reflection of the current market value. We use a system we built to set the price based on a few factors including current availability, demand, and our collection of historical sales data.

ORDERS

  • We ship from our warehouse everyday. If we do not ship same day, your order will dispatch next day. Please keep in mind we do not ship on US holidays.

  • Once we ship you will receive an email with your tracking number, usually within 24 hours of purchase. Please note it takes 24 hours from when your item dispatches our warehouse for your tracking number to populate.

  • We accept all major credit cards, which are processed through PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still use debit or credit cards, just choose the non-paypal account option at checkout. We also accept Venmo for your convenience.

  • All orders are subject to manual review for pricing errors, inventory issues, and fraud prevention. If an order is cancelled, the customer will be notified via email with a specified reason.

    We do our absolute best to maintain our live inventory, but we do sell on multiple platforms, and we always go by a first come first serve basis, regardless of selling price to maintain a fair and honorable selling strategy.

    If we sell an item on another platform, we will always reach out for alternative options before canceling your order.

    Please note that we have a zero tolerance policy for any forms of fraud. We reserve the right to cancel any orders at our sole discretion.

RETURNS

  • We do not accept returns on any of the items we sell. All sales are final. In the rare case you receive the wrong size or incorrect item, please contact us ASAP and we will rectify the situation.

  • Due to the rare nature of the products we sell, as well as the volatility of the market, we do not accept returns. The spy team works diligently source and list our products to our best ability. We do our best to list our items accurately, and with full transparency. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before purchasing.
