DUNK HIGH SB EMB BRAZIL BCS2 "FABIO CRISTIANO" PROTOTYPE SAMPLE #1

In 2007 Nike SB released a limited run of Dunks named the "EMB CUSTOM SERIES". This was the ONLY Nike SB series that were ever produced in Brazilian factories. MADE IN BRAZIL is not something that has been historically associated with Nike, making this one of the more limited and special sneakers of all time. The series it self featured a different construction all together, thicker and premium materials were used, as well as a distinctive shape that does makes this super unique. 

Nike collaborated with Brazilian skaters, artists, and footwear production specialists and sold them exclusively in Brazilian skate shops, MAZE skateshop quite notability had a majority of the volume. 

This specific pair the “Fabio Cristiano” is a prototype sample, #001 of 480 used as a promotional sample for the Nike advertisement. The soles are drilled from Nike and used in the photoshoot that accompanied the release. These were not intended to be available to the public. These were used as a promotional samples ONLY, and numbered 001 of 480 pairs produced. This specific pair is #1 produced off the line. 

This pair of SAMPLES also comes with the Brazil Custom series poster, signed, that was limited to the in-store release. 

In a quite unique fashion, due to Brazilian production, and being the first of sample of the series, there is no size tag, sample stamp, or box label of any kind.
